CASILab has undertaken a series of programs for the UG (Physics, Chemistry & Maths) students by providing them requisite study materials, hands-on-experiment facility and training on some state-of-the-art software.

In association with the Physics Department of G C College, Silchar, recently CASILab has organized a project cum curriculum based Summer Programme (July 1 - 6, 2019) for the UG Physics (H) students. This programme is primarily based on their regular curriculum where some sensor based advanced experiments on applied electronics are also included. It was attended by 14 students of local colleges of Silchar. Special talks (Technical, Latex, Career related) was given by Dr M R Nath (G C College), Dr T K dey (R K G M College), Dr P B Byakti (D D College), Dr T K D Kanungo (G C College) and Dr S Sen (G C College). On the final day, Sri Bilash Dutta, a 3rd year student from G C College, is awarded with 'Special Prize' (Prize: Feynman Lectures, Vol.-I, II &III) for his project -"To draw intensity distribution pattern of diffraction grating using Arduino based sensor device". Sri Dutta is selected for a full-fledged project (Short Term Project) funded by the centre.
This programme is primarily based on the UG curriculum including some advanced experiments on applied which was attended by 14 selected students of local colleges of Silchar.
CASILab is going to launch small number of `Short Term Project' (Duration: 3-6 months) for the UG & PG students soon. Our special thanks go to the advocates who have supported such academic endeavour.
